Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were big enough, but unfortunately, they were dirty with no prior cleaning despite knowing about our late arrival. The maintenance was poor, with paint chipping off the walls, non-functional electrical outlets, and a stubborn A/C unit. On the bright side, the service was incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. The location, although not in the center of downtown, was okay. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty options, but the noise from the adjacent liquor store was a downside.
I was booked for 2 nights at this hotel, paying $320 which came to $372 with tax. Overall, the stay was okay, but I just did not feel like the rooms were very clean.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable on the 4th floor, located next to the indoor pool and just a stone's throw from the sauna or jacuzzi, but cleanliness was somewhat lacking. The service, however, truly stood out as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering us a ride to campus when transport was scarce. On the downside, the dining options were not up to par compared to other hotels, especially with limited breakfast choices. The location was convenient, being near my wife's university presentation, but the proximity to a noisy liquor store was a downside.
